ABOUT SOLID SOLUTIONS 24/7

Solid Solutions 24/7 provides professional vehicle recovery services for financial institutions and lenders across Sacramento, Tracy, and Fresno, California. We combine modern license plate recognition technology with fully licensed, compliant field operations - every recovery is handled safely, legally, and professionally, and every vehicle owner is treated with respect. We're growing our team across all three markets and building schedules that work for real life: predictable rotations, real earning potential, and a clear path forward.

THE ROLE

Solid Solutions 24/7 is hiring full-time Camera Car Drivers across our Sacramento, Tracy, and Fresno, CA locations. No repossession license required - this is a great entry point into the vehicle recovery industry. You'll drive a company vehicle equipped with license plate recognition (LPR) technology along assigned routes, helping identify vehicles in default so our licensed field agents can complete recoveries. Both Day and Night shift openings are available; every shift works a staggered 3-person rotation so the team covers all 7 days of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

A typical shift means driving your assigned route, keeping an eye on your onboard LPR system for hits, and radioing dispatch the moment you get one. You're not making recoveries yourself - you're the eyes on the street that make our licensed Recovery Agents' jobs possible.

YOUR SCHEDULE - ROTATING FOR FULL 7-DAY COVERAGE

Each shift (Day or Night) is filled by 3 people working staggered 5-day weeks, so every day of the week - including Saturday and Sunday - has real coverage:

- Rotation A: Off Sunday & Monday, works Tuesday-Saturday

- Rotation B: Off Tuesday & Wednesday, works Thursday-Monday

- Rotation C: Off Thursday & Friday, works Saturday-Wednesday

COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL

Drivers typically identify 4-6 recoverable vehicles per shift. With the right skills and route knowledge, 8-10 vehicles per shift is achievable - our top reps consistently hit that range. The $15 bonus is paid only when a vehicle you identify is successfully recovered - not simply flagged as a hit.

This applies equally to Day and Night shift, since pay is the same for both (40-hour week, $16.90/hr base):

- 4 IDs/shift (conservative): $976.00/week (~$50,752/year)

- 5 IDs/shift (average): $1,051.00/week (~$54,652/year)

- 6 IDs/shift (strong): $1,126.00/week (~$58,552/year)

- 8-10 IDs/shift (top reps): $1,426.00/week (~$74,152/year)

Estimates based on a 40-hour work week (5 days per your assigned rotation) at $16.90/hr, plus $15 per vehicle identified that is successfully recovered.
