3-Step Process to Schedule Appointment

We require all vehicle owners (debtors) to follow a simple 3-step process in order to redeem your private property or vehicle.  All correspondences will be routed through email communication during this 3-step process. It is critical that you provide an active email to receive up to date messaging regarding your appointment request.  Please read the list of items required at the time of appointment.

Personal Property
  1. Valid ID or driver's license
  2. Exact cash for fees
Vehicle Pickup
  1. Valid ID or driver's license
  2. Police release receipt
  3. Exact cash for fees
3rd Party Pickup

If you cannot pick up your personal property or vehicle, a 3rd party can be used.  Please contact your finance company and provide the FULL NAME of your 3rd party and verify that they have it spelled correctly.  It must match the name on the identification or driver's license provided at the time of appointment so that the finance company can provide us a release with that person's name on it.
